Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to: 1435 University Avenue, Saint Paul.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1435 University Avenue, Saint Paul, MN.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

1. Our 30-Day Return Policy
You have **30 calendar days** from the date you received your item to initiate a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

2. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned. These include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, certain personalized items)
- Health and personal care items (e.g., intimate apparel, opened cosmetics)
- Customized or personalized products
- Final sale or clearance items

3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- **Contact Us:** Send an email to [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return. You may be asked to provide photos of the item if it’s damaged or defective.
- **Receive Instructions:** We will review your request and, if approved, send you detailed return instructions, including the return shipping address and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, if required.
- **Package Your Item:** Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Clearly mark the RMA number (if provided) on the outside of the package.
- **Ship the Item:** You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is defective or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
- A restocking fee of 10% may apply to returns not due to our error, deducted from your refund.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or a completely different product, please contact us at [email protected]. We will guide you through the process, which typically involves returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] within **14 days** of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and clear photos of the damage or incorrect item. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs in these cases.
7. Missing Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at [email protected] within **5 days** of the marked delivery date, and we will assist you in filing a claim.
