We offer mail-in service or welcome you to visit our location in St. Paul, MN. No appointment is necessary. 

For Mail-in service: 

1. Use Mowrey Tyvec mailer (strongest mailer) and coin envelope. If you don't have a tyvec mailer use a padded envelope or box. Contact us if you'd like us to send you a Mowrey Tyvec mailer. 

2. When sending dental, please wrap carefully to prevent sharp edges of the crown from punching through the tyvec envelope. 

3. Request "Hand Cancel" - the only way to ensure "Hand Cancel" is to hand to mailing service teller and request.

4. Include name and return address inside the envelope.

For In-person service:

Visit us at 1435 University Avenue W., St. Paul, MN from 8am-4:30pm, Monday through Friday. We have an open counter where one of our experts can identify your metals and often times, write you a check in minutes. If your scrap job requires a melt and assay or processing to properly identify it may take up to 5 business days to issue your check.
